If You Do Not Wish to Disclose User Information

 

If you do not want to provide us with certain User Information then you should opt out by not using the Service that provides us with such User Information. Shopatron website and online services may collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors, for example Wi-Fi access points and cell towers, that may provide Shopatron with location information.

We endeavor to send responses to all reasonable communications from users. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services or special deals. You may also choose to unsubscribe from notices of special offers from Shopatron at any time. Shopatron provides you with the ability to unsubscribe at any time via the consumer account space noted on the confirmation of your order. If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages related to product availability at nearby retailers, as well as general marketing information, reply to a SMS message with the word "STOP". To re-subscribe, reply with the word "START".

 

 

Children

 

Mizuno USA joins the industry in recognizing that children may not be able to make informed choices about personal information requested online. Accordingly, Mizuno USA does not target children under the age of 13 for collection of information online or knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

 

 

Merger, Assets, Sales, etc.

 

If Mizuno USA or any of its lines of business is sold, pledged or disposed of as a going concern whether by merger, sale of assets, bankruptcy or otherwise, then the user database of Mizuno USA could be sold as part of that transaction and all User Information accessed by such successor or purchaser.
